Property Manager

Overview

Gilmandyke Pastoral is seeking a highly organised and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our properties. The successful candidate will have a strong background in farm management, infrastructure maintenance, and team leadership. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our stud and commercial cattle enterprise, ensuring that the property is maintained to the highest standards and that all operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in property or farm management, ideally within a livestock operation.
• Strong understanding of farm infrastructure, machinery, and maintenance practices.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Proactive and capable of working independently, with a strong ability to make informed decisions while upholding the highest standards.

Desirable Attributes

• Relevant qualifications in agriculture, farm management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with farm management software and record-keeping systems.
